Vienna Township Motorcycle Accident

I read a story in the news today about a Vienna Township Motorcycle Accident that happened yesterday. According the Genesee County Sheriff, the man was riding northbound on North Saginaw Road when he allegedly swerved to avoid a car that pulled out from Morgan Road causing him to lose control and crash. He was rushed to a local Flint hospital with serious injuries. Police are still investigating the accident.

I  am very sorry to hear about this Michigan motorcycle accident and wish the biker a speedy and complete recovery.

Our Michigan motorcycle accident lawyers advise bikers of their legal rights.   Because this Michigan motorcycle accident involved another motor vehicle, the biker should be eligible for Michigan No-Fault Insurance benefits.  This will provide for payment of medical expenses, lost wages, attendant care services, and other benefits.  For a complete explanation of the rights of injured bikers in Michigan, you should request our FREE BOOK, “The Ultimate Michigan Motorcycle Accident Handbook.”

The no-fault insurance laws are complex and confusing and it is imperative that the injury victims and their family members contact a Michigan motorcycle accident lawyer as soon as possible so that the claims process can be started.  There are strict deadlines for filing claims and submitting bills and if not met, the insurance company may be legally entitled to refuse payment for these claims.

Macomb County Motorcycle Accident

I read in the paper today about a tragic Macomb County Motorcycle Accident that occurred in Sterling Heights last week. According to police, two bikers were seriously injured on M-59 when their bike was allegedly struck from behind by a drunk driver that failed to stop for a traffic signal. The motorcycle was stopped at the light when it was struck and pushed into a vehicle in front of them.

Both bikers were taken to the hospital with serious injuries. Police continue to investigate this accident and are currently looking for anyone who witnessed what happened.

I  am very sorry to hear about this Michigan motorcycle accident and wish the biker and his passenger a speedy and complete recovery.

Fatal Romulus Motorcycle Accident

I read a tragic story this morning about a Fatal Romulus Motorcycle Accident that happened on I-275 approaching the Huron River overpass last night. According to Romulus Police, the biker was travelling on I-275 when his bike was allegedly hit by a trailer tire that flew off of a trailer being hauled by a pick-up truck. The biker lost control, hit a wall and went over the overpass. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police are continuing to investigate this accident.
