Michigan Motorcycle Accident Lawyer Settles A Detroit Motorcycle Accident Lawsuit
Our firm recently settled a Michigan motorcycle accident lawsuit for a biker who suffered serious injuries in a Detroit motorcycle accident. The insurance company paid our biker client the full insurance policy limits as a settlement. Our client was riding his motorcycle when he was struck by a SUV that ran a red light at the intersection of Dix and Central in Detroit. The driver of the SUV fled the scene but was later apprehended by police.
The accident victim suffered serious injuries including bone fracutres that required multiple surgeries, and a severed aorta that also required surgical intervention. The case settled for insurance policy limits before a lawsuit was filed.
