Lawyer Files Motorcycle Accident Lawsuit for Injured Biker

The case arises out of a motorcycle versus motor vehicle accident that occurred at the intersection of US 12 North Adrian highway, Clinton Michigan. The biker was the operator of his own motorcycle involved in an accident with an automobile.
The driver of the car that caused the accident was drunk and had a blood alcohol level in excess of .30, which is nearly 4 times the legal limit. The intoxicated driver took a left hand turn in front of the motorcyclist, causing a significant impact.
The motorcyclist suffered catastrophic injuries, including a traumatic brain injury. The motorcyclist will reside in a medical institution for the remainder of his life.The lawsuit seeks damages for his personal injuries and loss of income. No trial date has been set by the court.
