Fatal Crash Claims Life of 23-Year-Old Charlotte Man
A Friday night crash in Eaton County took the life of a young man from Charlotte, Michigan. The accident occurred at the intersection of M-50 and Vermontville Highway. According to authorities, a pickup truck pulled out in front of the young man, who was traveling north on his motorcycle. A passenger on the motorcycle suffered non-life-threatening injuries and the occupants of the pickup truck were unhurt.
This motorcycle crash is another sobering reminder of the dangers motorcyclists face when they take to the road. While motorcycle riding can be a fun and exhilarating activity, it also has unique dangers that are not present when driving an automobile.
